By Daily Guide The Nkwanta office of the NDC Some National Democratic Congress (NDC) youth in the Nkwanta South District of the Volta region went on rampage on Wednesday over what they described as undue delay in the appointment of a substantive District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area.
